Challenge
SSE Renewables needed to produce a pre-application consultation (PAC) report for the Berwick Bank offshore wind farm that would not only meet regulatory requirements but also present feedback and project responses in a clear, engaging and stakeholder-friendly way.
Approach
Copper supported SSE Renewables by designing and delivering a visually engaging and accessible PAC report.
The strategy included:
- developing a clear, image-led main document to present key consultation findings
- creating an interactive, user- friendly “you said, we did” resource to transparently demonstrate how stakeholder feedback influenced the evolving project.
