“Using your £1000 annual wellbeing development fund at Copper is flexible based on what will benefit you. Some of my colleagues have purchased fitness equipment and others have taken up woodworking courses. I’ve enrolled on a principles of plant growth and development course with the Royal Horticultural Society. I’ve always found plants and gardening to be interesting and relaxing, from childhood days in the garden with my grandparents to owning my garden and greenhouse. With Copper’s support, I hope to learn more about the biology of plants and new techniques in the garden to increase my own knowledge, learn new skills and promote an activity that I find relaxing and rewarding.”
