A strategic and creative thinker, Ben has more than 20 years of communications experience spanning politics, major corporates, the charity sector and agencies. He has led campaigns for regulatory change, established substantial brands, managed global crisis communications and delivered major international events. He also brings practical knowledge when tackling reputation, change and crisis communication management.

Ben plays a senior role in our projects, offering insight, advice and support to deliver exceptional communications strategies and integrated campaigning. He always brings a fresh perspective, developing engaging and shareable narratives such as creative social media assets, animation and industry-influencing reports to underpin industry discussion events. When it comes to gaining a share of voice in even the most competitive of sectors, Ben builds trusting relationships with key journalists and harnesses a broad range of communication channels from online to national media. Ben also goes the extra mile when working with clients managing business-critical reputational crises, such as anticipating risks, preparing in-house spokespeople, checking lines of communication and continually monitoring these plans so they are fit for purpose in an ever-changing world.

Martin helps our clients build a greener, more prosperous society. He has devised and delivered communications campaigns in the construction and infrastructure sectors, and in relation to levelling up, for a range of clients. He takes the lead in problem-solving, displaying adaptability and resilience when developing and implementing innovative, creative and impactful strategies and solutions. Martin has been integral to the success of many national infrastructure projects in aviation, highways, nuclear and renewable energy.
