Challenge

To design and produce engaging and on-brand materials to support a keynote presentation on plastics recycling technology at a major industry conference for a blue-chip energy technology company. These materials had to:

  • demonstrate a strong grasp of technical detail
  • engage a diverse and high-profile audience
  • meet rigorous internal brand, legal and technical review requirements.

Copper was also tasked with designing a large exhibition booth and producing copy for the event’s newspaper.

Approach

Having supported the client at global events for several years, Copper was well placed to help. Working to a series of fixed deadlines, Copper developed booth concepts and design, proposed a clear storyline and key messaging for the presentation and interviewed a subject matter expert to support the writing of a technical article. Materials included:

  • a clean, compelling slide deck that met the presenter’s brief
  • full artwork and copy based on the client’s direction
  • an engaging technical article on hydrocracking technology.

Value delivered

  • All deliverables met the deadlines and quality standards required for such a high-profile event.
  • The work helped the client make a strong impact across multiple touchpoints – attracting positive feedback from attendees and senior stakeholders.
  • Copper’s in-house technical writers and editors ensured all materials met the highest standards of editorial quality and technical authority.
