
A skilled and resilient leader, Tom has nearly 15 years’ experience in communications and campaigning. His time at the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and as a borough councillor gives him a unique insight into how politicians understand and view economic development. Whilst working for a PR company specialising in the built environment, Tom developed the first multi-channel communications strategy for a water company. He also engaged with 1.5 million residents across the North West to build United Utilities’ five-year business plan.
Tom now oversees our development in the North of England, creating innovative engagement programmes for multiple clients in many sectors. He is also part of our Economic Development team, managing creative communications briefs for clients such as Combined Authorities to engage a wide cross-section of audiences.
