With the UK transition to net zero underway, a new era of nuclear energy is increasingly being seen as a vital source of clean, safe and sustainable energy for communities, businesses and the country.

However, the ambition of increasing the country’s share of nuclear energy requires not just engineering expertise but also continued sector-wide progress in areas like waste management and decommissioning. It requires public understanding, political momentum and meaningful local support.

We’ve joined the Nuclear Industry Association (NIA), the UK’s trade association for the civil nuclear sector.

That’s where Copper comes in

For over 25 years, we’ve helped deliver the UK’s most complex infrastructure and energy projects through data-led insight, strategic engagement, and creative communication and consultation. From large scale nuclear, to SMRs, fusion energy, and grid connections, our work helps transform public awareness into understanding, and local interest into national momentum.

With our membership of the NIA, we’re proud to continue working alongside the organisations helping shape the future of the UK’s nuclear sector.
