Copper Consultancy, specialists in communications and engagement for complex infrastructure and development, has furthered its commitment to growth with the hiring of two new team members.

Joining the agency with experience in previous roles, Kellie Moore-Mulveen joins the team’s London office as an Account Executive and Joseph Moore joins as a Senior Account Executive in the consultancy’s growing Birmingham office.

The agency has continued with plans to expand in Birmingham and London as a result of sustained growth in the business and a growing client portfolio.

Joseph’s client experience has seen him work with the likes of National Grid, Tarmac, The Mineral Products Association and Clancy Docwra. He will assist with the delivery of major infrastructure and development projects, from project initiation, through planning and construction.

Kellie started her career in community stakeholder engagement through outreach projects within the education sector continuing through charity, events and B2B. Kellie brings her strengths in community stakeholder engagement, with a particular focus on hard to reach members of communities to the Copper team and she looks forward to transferring this knowledge to support complex infrastructure and development projects.

Commenting on the recent hires, Ben Heatley, Managing Partner at Copper Consultancy said: “2020 is proving to be one of the most challenging years for businesses since the 2008 financial crisis. Despite this, we believe there is light at the end of the tunnel. Our industry leading approach to communications and engagement is enabling us to continue pushing forward with our growth plans.

“The hiring of both Kellie and Joseph represents our commitment to expansion in spite of these uncertain times. By strengthening our regional teams, we will be best placed to assist prospective and existing clients to weather the COVID-19 storm and thrive in the sunnier days ahead.”
