A significant residential scheme in Staines-Upon-Thames, known as the Renshaw Development has been approved by the Spelthorne Borough Council Planning Committee.

The scheme will deliver 275 carefully-designed apartments, including 25 affordable homes and green public space. The project will regenerate a mostly unused brownfield site, helping to meet demand for housing in Surrey, while providing an attractive and sustainable development designed to address local needs and the demands of residents.

The approval of the scheme will help meet the future growth requirements of Spelthorne, and provide an economic boost to Staines-Upon-Thames.

Copper supported Renshaw UK Limited through the planning process, taking a proactive approach to engagement.
