Copper’s insight into communications strategy and stakeholder engagement is helping shed light on the best way to improve the delivery of major programmes and projects in government.
Copper Consultancy delivered a workshop for Project X, the Infrastructure and Project Authority’s initiative to drive continuous improvement in performance and delivery confidence across the Government’s Major Project Portfolio.
Project X brings together the civil service with academia, external project professionals and other stakeholders to inform, guide and champion improvements in major project delivery through effective use of the insights generated.
The workshop was designed to create the blueprint for the stakeholder engagement and communications strategy for Project X and was attended by the IPA, RICS, Turner & Townsend, Association of Project Management and UCL.
Two of the areas being examined as critical success factors for Project X are communications strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Copper’s support will help Project X set its initial strategy for communicating its work to the industry and help reach its goal of creating #BetterGovProjects.
