Building on a successful year of growth in 2020, infrastructure specialist Copper Consultancy has bolstered its line-up of engagement and communications specialists, with nine new appointments to its client-facing team so far in 2021.

To continue the development of its growing infrastructure, construction, economic development, and creative services teams, Copper has seen the introduction of a range of new appointees in the early stages of the year.

Copper has hired a number of talented Account Managers, including William Mendoza, Jordan Rudge, Rory Puxley, and Matthew Addy.

William is a community engagement specialist, delivering challenging development projects in London and the southeast. He has worked with a range of clients such as Regal London, Next, The Collective and The Wellcome Trust. He joins Copper’s construction practice adding to the team’s stakeholder management and digital engagement expertise.

Jordan joins the infrastructure practice with a background in providing strategic communications, campaigns and political intelligence advice across both the public and private sector. He will bring his core experience in reputation management, public affairs and media relations to the table, helping to guide Copper’s growing client base through complex projects and initiatives.

Rory has experience in supporting clients in the renewable energy sector, including RES, Coriolis and Statkraft, and brings a strong skill set in providing political intelligence and communications support to public and private sector clients. He will join the team in providing high level support and advice on a range of major stakeholder engagement and planning projects.

Also joining the infrastructure practice, Matthew brings a wealth of experience in leading Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects and offering strategic communications services for major developments in the energy and built environment sector. Using his background in supporting clients to effectively consult and engage with stakeholders, he will help to drive the success of many of Copper’s major client project.

Since the start of the year, Copper has also expanded its junior account facing team with the appointment of Willem La Tulip-Troost as Senior Account Executive, and Alastair Fisher, Grant Dunn, Simran Sarai and Amin Alem as Account Executives, helping to grow a skilled pool of talent who will support and drive success across the consultancy’s client base.
