Copper Consultancy has appointed two new senior members of the team to support the agency’s growth.

Charlotte Jordan joins as Account Director from Arup and Charlotte Campbell joins as Senior Account Manager from LCA. Copper has achieved substantial ongoing growth for a number of years, and has made these two strategic hires to help maintain the development of the business into the future.

Bringing strong experience in the development of behavioural change campaigns and analysis and a proven track record of delivery in complex environments, Charlotte Jordan joins as an Account Director.

Charlotte is passionate about positive strategic change and engaging all stakeholders from a project’s onset, with a particular focus on seldom heard groups. Speaking of her appointment, Charlotte said she was thrilled to join Copper Consultancy working alongside likeminded colleagues and is looking forward to supporting the continued growth of the company as it continues to tackle some of the country’s largest infrastructure projects.

Charlotte will be joining the Economic Development practice at Copper. Her skills will be integral when it comes to the development and growth of this newly formed practice area.

Charlotte (Charlie) Campbell joins Copper as a Senior Account Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in property and infrastructure communications, having previously worked with clients including Landsec, Tideway and various local authorities and government departments. Prior to joining Copper, she spent five years at a prestigious London-based communications agency where she started off as part of a research team before moving client side.

Charlie will be primarily working within the Infrastructure practice at Copper. She will use her communications and research experience to assist clients as they navigate the complex planning process associated with major infrastructure projects and to ensure successful outcomes.

Commenting on her appointment, Charlie said: “With the infrastructure industry set to play a starring role in the UK’s recovery, I am excited to be playing my part in a vibrant agency that is committed to sectoral development.
