Aimée Howard joins Copper’s Infrastructure Team as an Account Director

Copper Consultancy, the specialist infrastructure agency, proudly announces the addition of Aimée Howard to its expert team. With her array of experience and expertise in infrastructure development and strategic communications, Aimée will play a key role in fortifying Copper’s infrastructure offering and expanding its footprint in target markets.

Joining from Grayling UK and previously SEC Newgate UK, Aimée joins Copper Consultancy as an experienced consultant with a strong track record in infrastructure projects across diverse sectors – including multi-purpose interconnectors, HVDC superhighways, offshore wind, and tunnel construction. Having worked for some of the UK’s biggest energy companies, including National Grid, EDF and Scottish Power, she has honed her skills in crafting effective communication strategies that bridge the gap between organisations and communities.

At Copper, Aimée will further strengthen the infrastructure offering and enhance client relationships. Her deep understanding of the infrastructure landscape, coupled with her strategic communication skills, will support Copper to navigate the intricacies of projects effectively.

Her solar experience – Aimée previously worked on Longfield Solar Farm, which received consent in June of last year – also adds to Copper’s growing proficiency in this sector.

Director of Energy Infrastructure, Sam Cranston, said: “Aimée’s varied experience will be a real asset to the team as we continue to expand our infrastructure practice. Her appointment underscores our commitment to delivering strategic, forward-thinking solutions that drive positive change in the infrastructure industry. We will continue to strengthen our position as a trusted partner for clients seeking to navigate the complexities of infrastructure development.”

Commenting on the new role, Aimée said: “I am thrilled to join Copper and to be part of a dynamic team committed to making a meaningful impact in the infrastructure sector. Copper’s reputation for innovation is unparalleled, and this year should prove to be particularly exciting for renewables.

“My approach is rooted in collaboration, transparency, and integrity, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and empowered throughout the process. I look forward to leveraging my experience to drive impactful outcomes for our clients and contribute to Copper’s continued growth and success.”
