Copper Consultancy has continued the expansion of its operations with the appointment of a nationwide property portfolio director.
This appointment comes during a period of ongoing growth for Copper’s property portfolio. Copper is currently working on property projects around the country, including several mixed-use housing developments across the south, including in Hampshire and Kent.
Lynsey Kitching joins Copper as Property Portfolio and Midlands Director, bringing over 18 years’ experience in communications for property and professional services. A chartered surveyor, Lynsey has a wealth of experience in urban regeneration and development, leading major projects in both infrastructure and property. She has also developed and implemented effective internal and external communication and engagement strategies to build corporate reputation for FTSE 50 utility companies.
As well as leading on major projects in the Midlands and the North, Lynsey will bring a wealth of experience from the property and development sectors, enabling the company to support new projects from residential, to urban regeneration, to commercial and industrial development.
Lynsey said of her appointment: “It’s excellent to be working with a great team at Copper that put people at the heart of property and infrastructure projects. It will be exciting to work alongside leading companies, helping them to develop reputations, address risks and establish licenses to operate. Moreover, I’m excited about the role we can play in growth across the Midlands and the North, which will be critical in the years to come.”
Discussing the appointments and Copper’s ongoing growth, Ben Heatley, Managing Partner, said: “This is an exciting time for Copper. On the back of our industry leading approach to communications and engagement, we have achieved significant growth in the past year and hiring top class people will enable us to maintain that upward trajectory. We will remain completely focused on our clients, helping them to achieve their goals, while bringing new skills and experiences into the business will enable us to deliver an ever increasing range of services across the whole of the UK.”
