The West of England Combined Authority (WECA) has launched its first business plan, setting out its aspirations for delivering infrastructure that’s fit for the future.

The plan shows a clear direction of travel for the region, but it is challenging for businesses, stakeholders and the public to fully comprehend how everything that’s happening across the West of England fits together.
